Steve Sloboda - Associate Broker & President

Before embarking on a successful real estate career Steve worked in professional sports at various capacities including Sales and Marketing with the Seattle Seahawks, Director of Marketing for the Tacoma Rainiers (Triple-A affiliate of the Seattle Mariners), and in the Media Relations Department of the Seattle Sonics.

That background in pro sports has allowed Steve the opportunity to work with the real estate needs of many team executives, athletes, and local media members. In doing that, he noticed no consistency in the Seattle area when it comes to helping athletes, executives, and media with their real estate needs.

Northwest Sports Connections has become a source of Seattle athlete relocation specialists.

Jerry Colquitt - Business Development & Financing Specialist

On the gridiron Jerry had a stellar career playing quarterback at the University of Tennessee. He was a draft pick of the Carolina Panthers, played in the World League of American Football, and has held coaching, scouting, and coordinator positions with the Green Bay Packers, Seattle Seahawks, and Ole Miss University.

In the business world Jerry has enjoyed successful careers in pharmaceutical sales, executive level income protection, and mortgage financing.

He joins Northwest Sports Connections to assist with business development, client relations, and to provide income protection and mortgage services to our team of Seattle athlete relocation specialists.

Tracy Erickson - Transaction Coordinator

Tracy has extensive experience in real estate transaction coordination and concierge level service. Already a professional in the Title & Escrow business, she brings her eye for detail and customer relations background to the clients of Northwest Sports Connections.

In addition to her skills in the real estate industry, Tracy is co-owner of Moshi-Moshi and Bricco, two highly acclaimed restaurants in Seattle. Athletes relocating to the Seattle area can benefit from her wealth of experience in the region.

Christy Baker - Client Services

Christy has an extensive background in public relations and lifestyle management services and is a native of Washington State earning her degree from the University of Washington. Christy offers the highest quality personal assistant services for Seattle area professional athletes and brings her invaluable services to Northwest Sports Connections.

As a highly competitive gymnast for over 10 years and a member of the National Gymnastics Association, Christy understands the demands on a professional athlete and can offer comprehensive support to athletes relocating to the Seattle area.
